Shipping & Delivery

For delivery to your home or business, we process and ship your order by UPS within 48 hours, Monday-Friday. Delivery time varies depending on the size of the order and your location.
You may also choose to pick up your order at our Charlestown, MA location. Orders placed by 3:00 pm, Monday – Thursday, will in most cases be available for pick up by 9:00 am the following day with NO SHIPPING CHARGE.


We value the privacy and security of our customers and do not disclose any customer information to third-parties unless compelled by law, period. As online shoppers ourselves we appreciate the trust our customers place in us when they give their email and other personal information.

We only collect information that we need that is related to your order. This includes your:
Billing Address
Shipping Address
Email Address
Credit Card Information – we do not retain this information after you place your order

In addition we also collect information on your IP address, browser type, and Refer URL data. We use this data to prevent hacking attempts, help us know what web browsers people are using, and find out where our visitors are coming from so that we can improve our marketing.

Your information is only used to fill your order. We do not sell or redistribute your information.

Only your order data, billing, shipping, and order contents data is stored on our server. This information is encrypted using a Secure Sockets Layer before it is transmitted over a web server. We do not store your Credit Card data.

Cookies are small files that reside on your computer and allow us to recognize you on your next visit or store your shopping cart contents. We use them only to track this information.

Returns & Replacements

Products may be returned within 30 days when they are in the same condition in which you received them. We do not pay return shipping costs.

If you need to return items or report damage upon delivery please call us at 617-241-0233 to arrange your return or replacement. Please have your order number ready to facilitate your transaction.

Payment in full is required for your order to be processed. We accept all major credit cards as well as PayPal.

Viewing Orders & Account Information

When you register with Mystic Marine Discounts you have access to past orders and other information specific to you. You can change and update your password, address, and other information at any time. Further, regisered users may post product reviews and compile wishlists using our convenient tools.
